Terms of Service

ListenFlow provides language-learning tools for teachers, tutors, schools, and adult learners, including lesson creation, assigned student lessons, share links, transcripts, generated exercises, analytics, and subscription features. You may use ListenFlow only for lawful educational purposes and in accordance with these terms.

If you invite students, assign lessons, or create student accounts, you represent that you have authority from the school, institution, parent, guardian, or student as applicable. Where students are minors, the assigning teacher, tutor, school, parent, or guardian must have authority to assign activities and share necessary student information with ListenFlow.

Teachers are responsible for lesson source material, YouTube URLs, prompts, text, student assignments, and instructional decisions. AI-generated exercises, summaries, transcripts, and suggestions are teacher-assistive drafts, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and should be reviewed by teachers before use with students. ListenFlow does not replace professional educational judgment.

Paid teacher features may be processed by a payment provider such as Stripe. Prices, billing periods, trial periods, cancellation behavior, and taxes are shown at checkout or in billing settings. Students do not need to purchase teacher subscriptions to access lessons assigned to them.

You may not misuse ListenFlow, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service except where legally permitted, upload unlawful or harmful content, infringe others' rights, use the service for surveillance or discriminatory profiling, or intentionally submit sensitive personal data that is not necessary for the educational activity.

ListenFlow and its product design, software, and branding belong to ListenFlow or its licensors. You retain rights in content you provide, subject to the permissions needed for ListenFlow and its subprocessors to host, process, generate, display, support, and secure lessons and account features.

ListenFlow is provided as an educational software service and may be updated, interrupted, or changed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListenFlow is provided without warranties not expressly stated here, and ListenFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
